The company behind VDR Labs
VDR Labs is the trading name of PT Tri Elektrindo Jaya, a limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) registered in Indonesia.
NDA first, always
We sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussion. We can use our standard NDA or review yours.
Your design is yours
Ownership of your product's design (schematics, PCB files, firmware and documentation) transfers to you on final payment. Our internal tools, test systems and production processes stay with VDR Labs. The exact terms depend on the engagement model and are set out in the Product Development Plan and your development agreement.

Every project runs on four documents.

We stand behind the design
Every product we design carries a design warranty, whoever manufactures it. Units we build carry a 12-month hardware warranty from delivery. Full terms are included in your development agreement.
